Our responsibilities encompass various crucial functions: overseeing recruitment processes and acquiring new talents, providing extensive training programs and development opportunities to enhance the skills of club members, fostering strong relationships through effective employee relations and engagement initiatives, and developing and enforcing club policies to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
